Sharing information about the possibility of printing old designs from our archives.
The short answer is: potentially!
We typically keep designs on file for a few years after they have been ordered. Assuming we still have your old design on file, we likely are able to print it for you.
If the request is for a bunch of jerseys (ie. effectively a team re-order), we can work through that process just about as normal.
If the request is for a single jersey, or a very small amount, then we should still be able to accommodate the request, but there will likely have to be a surcharge applied to the product price of up to 100%.
The reason for this is that each and every year, things change: printers or other hardware are updated or replaced, software is updated, potentially even the templates that we are printing on, and although we might have kept the file from year's past, there's a good chance that a fair bit of work still needs to go on in the background to ensure your file is print ready again and up to standards. For the same reason, we aren't ever able to guarantee that a re-print from years in the past will match the original set of jerseys exactly: there is a very good chance that slight color, sizing, positional, or graphical elements, might change slightly.
