[Ordering Methods](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#ordering-methods) # Can I edit my team's orders after they have been placed? ## Sharing information about how captains and team managers can edit their team's order details during the ordering process. If your team’s online collection is still open, the team manager can make certain changes through the client portal. The following order details can be edited: - **Sizing**: For example, switching an item from a Medium to a Large - **Fit**: For example, switching from a Men’s fit to a Women’s fit - **Printed number**: For example, changing a player number from 17 to 77 - **Printed name**: For example, correcting a teammate’s last name The following changes cannot be made through the client portal and must be communicated clearly to the sales rep before the store closes: - Changing the quantity of items purchased - Changing the type of item purchased When your collection is live and your teammates are ordering, your captain/team manager should have access to a client portal.
