The best way to ensure that you are going to be receiving BE Ultimate emails is to 'whitelist' our domain (@beultimate.com) with your email provider. Here are some instructional links for how to do that with some popular providers:

This, in theory, should help keep our emails out of your spam folder.
In addition, do ensure that our domain is set up to land in your primary inbox rather than a promotional sub-box.
Doing this should ensure that our emails arrive in your inbox first time round.
