To help maintain the shape, finish, and weather-resistant properties of your Pursuit Duffle, we recommend cleaning it by hand rather than placing it in a washing machine. **Cleaning instructions** 1. Empty the bag, footwear compartment, valuables pocket, and removable packing cube. 2. Shake out any loose dirt or debris. 3. Wipe the exterior and interior using a soft cloth or sponge with cool water and a small amount of mild soap. 4. For stubborn marks, gently scrub the affected area with a soft-bristled brush. 5. Wipe away any remaining soap with a clean, damp cloth. 6. Leave all compartments and zippers open and allow the bag to air-dry completely before storing or using it again. **Carrying and weight guidance** Take care not to overload the bag, particularly when carrying it using the one-handed strap setup. As a general guideline, we recommend limiting the total packed weight to approximately **10 kg (22 lb)** when carrying the bag this way. For heavier loads, use both handles where possible, support the bag from underneath when lifting it, and avoid pulling or swinging it by a single strap. Distributing weight evenly throughout the bag will also help reduce unnecessary strain on the straps, seams, and attachment points. **Important care information** - Do not machine wash or tumble dry. - Do not use bleach, harsh detergents, fabric softener, or chemical cleaners. - Do not iron or apply direct heat. - Avoid soaking or fully submerging the bag. - Allow wet or sweaty footwear and clothing to dry before leaving them inside the bag for extended periods. - Store the bag in a cool, dry location with the compartments slightly open. Regularly airing out the ventilated footwear compartment and wiping away dirt after wet or muddy events will help keep your Pursuit Duffle fresh and ready for its next use. - [Team Orders - Captains](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Getting Started](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#getting-started) - [Product Information](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#product-information) - [Timeline and Turnaround](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#timeline-and-turnaround) - [Pricing and Payment](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#pricing-and-payment) - [Designs](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#designs) - [Ordering Methods](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#ordering-methods) - [Shipping and Delivery](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#shipping-and-delivery) - [Uniform Guidelines and Approved Vendor status](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#uniform-guidelines-and-approved-vendor-status) - [Printed Panels](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-captains?hsLang=en#printed-panels) - [Team Orders - Players](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-players?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Ordering](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-players?hsLang=en#ordering) - [Reception](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/team-orders-players?hsLang=en#reception) - [Sizing](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/sizing?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Sizing/Fit Updates](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/sizing?hsLang=en#sizing-fit-updates) - [About the Company](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/about-the-company?hsLang=en) - [Errors, Returns, and Care Instructions](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/errors-returns-and-care-instructions?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Washing and product care](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/errors-returns-and-care-instructions?hsLang=en#washing-and-product-care) - [Tickets or Issues](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/errors-returns-and-care-instructions?hsLang=en#tickets-or-issues) - [Policies](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/errors-returns-and-care-instructions?hsLang=en#policies) - [Tournaments, Fundraising, and Fan Store](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/tournaments-fundraising-and-fan-store?hsLang=en) - [Sponsorships, Coupons, Gift Cards, and Promotions](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/sponsorships-coupons-gift-cards-and-promotions?hsLang=en) - [Shipping, Duties, and Taxes](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/shipping-duties-and-taxes?hsLang=en) - [Retail Purchases](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/knowledge/retail-purchases?hsLang=en) [![Chill listening crop-3](https://knowledge.beultimate.com/hs-fs/hubfs/BE%20Ultimate%20One%20Color%20Lateral-2.png?width=118&height=24&name=BE%20Ultimate%20One%20Color%20Lateral-2.png "Chill listening crop-3")](https://beultimate.com) Help Center - Our mission is to enable and inspire athletes, trainers, coaches, and teams to be Better than Ever.
