Sharing information about our refund and return policy.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Accepted returns typically fall under two main catagories:
- Orders that have issues (quality, sizing, design, or timeline) will be handled on a case by case basis by our sales reps and we'll work as quickly and as fairly as we can to offer solutions
- Any orders that do not do not fall under the above categories will be subject to a sample restocking fee of 25%.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please open a ticket through our form here.
If your return is accepted, you will be required to ship, at your expense, the item(s) back to us. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When shipping products back please value each item at $5.00.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or on certain consumable items (like our Enduro Socks).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
