Sharing information about what we'll print, or choose to not print, on our customizable products.
At BE Ultimate, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized apparel for our clients. We understand that custom names and numbers are a great way to express individuality and creativity, but we also want to ensure that our products uphold a positive, inclusive environment for all. At the end of the day the garments have our branding on them, too, and as such, we have established the following guidelines for printing custom names and numbers:
-
Respectful Content: Custom names, numbers, or text printed on apparel must not contain any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language. This includes, but is not limited to, derogatory terms, hate speech, explicit content, or any material that may be harmful or offensive to individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected categories.
-
Political Statements: We reserve the right to reject custom orders that contain political messages or statements that may be considered controversial or divisive. This is to ensure that our products are appropriate for all audiences and do not create unnecessary conflicts or discomfort. The act of choosing to print, or choosing to edit, does not necessarily mean that BE Ultimate endorses these statements.
-
Right to Edit or Refuse: BE Ultimate reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any custom names, numbers, or text that we believe violate these guidelines. If we determine that an order includes content that goes against these policies, we will contact the customer to discuss alternatives or, in rarer cases, either issue a refund directly and/or choose to edit/remove the text in question directly before printing. We are committed to maintaining a standard of respect and inclusivity in all products we produce.
Please also note that depending on the competition your team are competing in, you should consider any external rules or policies enforced by governing bodies that might come into affect. For example, WFDF, USAU, and Ultimate Canada, all have their own policies on what is acceptable to wear while competing in events that they run / on teams that they manage.
By completing an order, customers agree to adhere to these guidelines, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for everyone involved.
