For teams that choose to work with us on apparel, we offer 5 free hours of design realization.
To start with, we'll share a Design Realization Document with you to complete. The more information you can pack into the document the better. Once this is complete, our expert art and design team will begin creating mock ups for you to consider.
This process typically takes around 3-5 days and 1-2 iterations, depending on the complexity of the design.
If we are approaching the 5 hour limit on the free design realization, we'll make you aware of how many more iterations we can complete before any charges might have to be applied. Don't worry, in most cases 5 hours is comfortably enough to complete designs for you and your team.
