If you have received a digital Gift Card you can enter the code into the "promo codes" section when checking out. Because Gift Card’s are treated as cash you can stack it with promo codes after inputting the code.
When opening your email with your gift card if you see a blank white screen please scroll all the way down and the gift card code should appear.
