How does Local Pick Up work, and when can I collect my order?

Sharing information on the Local Pick Up option for our Vancouver based clients.

For just about any order (both team, and individual retail) we can offer the option to pick up locally at our Vancouver HQ

If you enter an address within BC on checkout you'll be provided that option during the checkout process, and shipping details will not be required nor charged for on checkout.

Here's some additional notes:

1) We are not a retail location, and as such, cannot guarantee the hours or days that our office will be open and available for you to collect your order from. Our typical office hours are between 9am and 3pm Monday to Thursdays, but this changes frequently. Please keep in mind that we're a small company with staff who play and coach a lot of Ultimate: our staff frequently work remotely or are in-and-out of the office between practices and tournaments.

2) Before turning up at our office to pick up your order, please double check with your sales rep that the order is completed and ready to go, and that someone will be around to help coordinate your pick up. You can shoot them an email, contact our general inbox at sales@beultimate.com, or even give a call. Please do one of these before turning up to avoid disappointment! If your order was placed on our retail store, you can email sales@beultimate.com with your order number to confirm it is ready to collect

3) Please know that we cannot be responsible for dropping your order off anywhere. We are unable to bring orders to practices, or events, or tournaments, or pass it to teammates, or anything like that. If local pick up has been selected, you, or someone on your behalf, will need to collect it from our office when it's ready.
