How will BE Ultimate contact me?

Sharing information about how BE Ultimate will contact you, and how you can help ensure that any communication is received.

Our primary method of communication will be via email. These emails will always come from an "@beultimate.com" sales address, most commonly:

- Our info account (info@beultimate.com)

- Our sales account (sales@beultimate.com)

- Or an individual rep/employee of BE Ultimate (name@beultimate.com)

We strongly recommend whitelisting our domain (adding it to your approved contacts list) with your email client if you are intending on working with, or ordering from, us at any point during the season. This ensures we can get in touch with you quickly and efficiently to confirm or provide updates on orders, delivery, etc. 

If you are the primary contact for your team's order, we suggest ensuring your subscription preferences includes both the sales and marketing emails as both are used during the ordering process to alert you to changes or updates.

If you've recently placed an order and haven’t heard from us, check your spam folder first.

If nothing’s there, it’s possible that you’ve previously unsubscribed from our emails — which means we aren’t able to send you critical updates about your order.
