What can I do if I didn't get an email confirming my order?

Sharing information about what to do if you didn't receive an order confirmation email.

If you didn't receive an email confirming your order, here's some quick steps you can complete:

  1. Check your spam folder! As with just about any automatic emails nowadays, there's a decent chance that we'll have ended up in a spam/junk folder, or perhaps even a 'promotions' or 'social' tab, instead of your primary inbox. What we'd suggest is to whitelist @beultimate.com email addresses (which you can typically do quite easily through your inbox settings) and mark the sender as safe and/or intended for your primary inbox. Please pay particular attention if you are using a school or company email address, as there's a good chance that there might be a wider spam filter that you might need to contact your school admin to adjust.
  2. Wait just a few minutes. Though the confirmation emails are sent instantly, there's no guarantee that you'll receive it right away. Shopify, our online store platform, might be running slower and sometimes just waiting a couple of minutes is enough to solve the issue in itself.
  3. If neither of the above have worked, please reach out to us at sales@beultimate.com with your name, address, and the items you ordered, and one of our success reps will be able to assist you. Typically what's happened in if all of the above fails is the email address was entered incorrectly, or entered automatically (and incorrectly) by some cookies in your browser history.

Rest assured if your order was correctly placed we'll be able to assist and can always adjust the email address on file to ensure you'll have your confirmation and receipt.
