Sharing information about designs, file formats, and design submission.
The file format we use for printing designs is Illustrator (.ai). Design elements must be vectorized (scalable) in order for us to print. In most cases we are unable to print images without vectorization. Please note specifically unfortunately it's not quite as easy as just saving an .jpg or .png file in ai format to make vector artwork!
If your file is too large it might not be possible for us to work with. When designing, please ensure you keep the overall size of the file as low as possible - we can usually handle anything within reason, but if it causes our computers to crash when opening, it's going to be challenging to print the design!
Any designs must also be created on the appropriate templates, which are available for download. Typically we can offer assistance transferring designs to our templates and helping getting everything ready to print.
We're always willing to help out if your team has committed to working with us for their apparel, but please note that design assistance can take time, especially during peak (summer) season!
