Sharing information about what happens if an order is returned to sender.
Packages that are returned to sender (back to us) are normally the result of an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, or packages being left at the pickup location for too long. The process will typically take around 2 weeks from receiving that notification until we actually receive the package back at our shipping department.
When this happens, we'll investigate, and will proceed with the following protocol:
In the case where the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address on checkout, OR failed to pickup the package from the pickup location as notified by the courier, we will have to re-charge the shipping fee in order to complete the re-shipment.
If this charge is disputed, OR if we don't hear back from you within 2 weeks, we will have to treat things as a return, meaning that we'll refund 75% of the original order payment (excluding shipping) to your account and retain the package.
In the case where BE Ultimate had incorrectly typed in the shipping address, we will ship it back out free of charge.
