Sharing information about what to do if you notice that your shipment has been delayed.
Unfortunately, delays during shipping sometimes do happen, and often times they are completely outside of our control.
If you notice that the tracking information for your package is showing delays, the best thing to do is contact the shipping service directly to get more information. They will be able to provide a far better idea of the status of the shipment than we are directly, and will also likely be able to provide an updated approximate arrival.
If, after contacting the shipping service, there is a delay of 2 weeks or more, please contact us directly (info@beultimate.com) and we can discuss the next steps.
