Sharing information regarding missing or lost packages.
If a package does go missing or you are unsure about the location of your pacakge, we recommend contacting the shipping company immediately and opening up a ticket directly with them. Many times it's only the shipping company that will have extra information and the ability to investigate further, we are often limited to the same (or even less) information than you are provided via the tracking. Once it is out for delivery it is very difficult for us, as the shipper, to do anything as typically logistics companies will only converse with the receiver at that stage.
We recommend checking the tracking number frequently to ensure you are at the shipping location on the day of delivery so that everything runs smoothly.
