If a package does go missing or you are unsure about the location of your pacakge, we recommend contacting the shipping company immediately and opening up an investigation. Once it is out for delivery it is very difficult for us, as the shipper, to do anything as typically logistics companies will only converse with the receiver at that stage.
We recommend checking the tracking number frequently to ensure you are at the shipping location on the day of delivery so that everything runs smoothly.
