What if there is a problem with the quality of my apparel?

Sharing information regarding problems with the quality of your apparel.

With custom apparel, there's always a chance that things can go wrong. We're here to help if that is the case!

Upon reception of the gear, if there are issues that directly affect the integrity or performance of the product, we will offer a Full Return and Re-Do, a Full Return and Refund, or a Partial Refund as a credit where you would receive up to 25% as a gift voucher. 

Please note that as time goes on and the apparel is worn and used, our ability to help with any issues becomes less and less. Any and all issues must be shared with us as early as possible and for any return or refunds the issue must be shared within 7 days of receiving the item.
