What if there is a problem with the timeline or delivery date of my apparel?

With custom apparel that's made to order, there's always a chance that things can go wrong. We're here to help if that is the case!

We would ask for your patience and understanding when timeline issues are out of our control. Although we do our best to work with the most reliable logistics partners at every step, there are always instances of completely unavoidable events that can cause significant delays. 

Our sales reps will do their best to keep you fully informed of the timeline during the sales and production process. Saying that, if the problem has occurred on our end, and we miss a timeline that we guaranteed to you, we will offer a Full Return and Refund, or a 50% refund and you will get to keep the order when it arrives. 

If the timeline has been missed by the captains or team itself, unfortunately we're not in a position to assist, and would suggest reaching out as early as possible the following season to ensure we avoid that situation in the future.
