What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Sharing information about our satisfaction guarantee on any order.

Your gear should come out as you expect it. If we ship faulty product(s) you can always return the gear for a 100% refund. If the gear is not faulty, but you still wish to change the product, despite the product being custom, we will still allow you to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the gear. Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund your full amount minus a 25% of retail Sample Restocking fee.
