Your gear should come out as you expect it. If we ship faulty product(s) you can always return the gear for a 100% refund. If the gear is not faulty, but you still wish to change the product, despite the product being custom, we will still allow you to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the gear. Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund your full amount minus a 25% of retail Sample Restocking fee.If you have an issue that you'd like to bring to our attention directly, please consider creating a ticket directly using this form.
