What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Our goal is to ensure that any gear you order with us should come out as you expect it. With custom apparel, and the almost unlimited customization options with sublimation, there's always a chance things can go wrong, but we'll do our best to ensure you are left satisfied with your purchase.

If what we ship to you is ultimately incorrect, errored, or not what you were expecting, as long as the gear is not then used by you or your team and the conversation is initiated within 3 days of receiving the gear, you will always have the option to return the gear for a 100% refund. Please do note: choosing to wear errored gear greatly reduces the options we have available to assist you (can imagine the same situation in any other industry; Nike wouldn't accept a return of runners after they have been worn for a marathon, for example!).  

Even if the gear is exactly as expected, but you still wish to change the product, despite the product being custom, we will still allow you to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the gear. Upon receiving the returned item at our Vancouver HQ, we will refund your full amount minus a 25% of retail Sample Restocking fee.
