What are Digital Designs?

Sharing information about digital designs during the Printed Panel Process.

As part of the Printed Panel Process, your sales rep might share over Digital Designs.

While the Printed Panels are photos of the printed out apparel, Digital Designs are screengrabs from the actual design file itself: effectively what the computers and printer sees before printing!

We'll use these most often when a small edit has been requested during the process that doesn't need to be shown via print out. Here's an example below:

Truck Stop reviewed the following Printed Panel:

Everything looked good, except they then decided that they would prefer the design to be printed without the stripe on the shoulder:

Therefore, because everything else was confirmed, we simply showed the Captains a screen grab from the final Digital Design to confirm we were all on the same page about the final product:

This helps save time rather than completing a full new test print, which is important when your team is on a tight timeline.

As you can see from the above example, the colors can look drastically different depending on the format we're sharing, but as long as you and the sales rep are on the same page (and the physical Printed Panel that you've reviewed looks correct), you can be sure that what's printed will be what you are expecting.
