What should I do when I receive my team's order?

Sharing information on the best practices for receiving, and distributing, your team's apparel order.

Group Shipping is our most popular method of shipping Team Orders. This means that, as a captain or manager, you can expect the entire order to arrive together in a package (or group of packages), ready to distribute to the team.

You'll receive an email with tracking information when the package is en route to you directly. Be sure to follow this closely, as this will help ensure things arrive smoothly. 

When the package arrives, we have some recommendations for how to ensure everything is set up for success:

  1. Firstly, check the package contents to ensure that you have the expected quantity and sizing breakdown for the order. Although the package will have gone through 3 full checks on our end, there's always a chance something could have gone wrong. If you ordered via the online team store, you should have access to an online captains' report summary that you can use to check each order off against what has been received. For orders made via the offline order form, you can always refer back to that to check. If there are any discrepancies, please let us know as soon as possible.

  2. Secondly, check the designs to ensure you are happy with the final product. You can do this by opening up one of each item (One Dark Jersey, one Light Jersey, one pair of Shorts, etc). These should match the printed panels exactly, and hopefully will align closely with what you were expecting, but if you spot anything amiss, or have any concerns, it’s imperative that you let us know as quickly as possible.

  3. Assuming everything is correct and has been received well, you are now ready to distribute the gear to the team!

    Each team will have their own method for this, but we would recommend ensuring that individual players check and double check their own order also. It’s fairly common that an item will be reported missing, only for it to turn up a few days later in another player's bag after they accidentally grab it. Double checking everyone has what they ordered will save everyone time!
