Any purchase of BE Ultimate apparel products is bound by the terms and conditions as laid out below.
Please note that all errors must be reported within 3 days of reception of the apparel.
In ordering custom jerseys, the most complicated part is dialing in on the timeline. At BE, we try to make it as clear as possible when you can expect your delivery by and we back those timelines with a money-back guarantee.
When placing your team order, your sales rep will be able to quote a guaranteed timeline.
If we are a day late, we will allow you to choose between:
- A 50% refund on the items that arrived late (no return necessary).
- A 100% refund on the unworn garments, after being returned back to BE.
The guarantee is based on a reasonable allotted time for confirmation of the Test Printed Panel process. Any delays of over 24 hours when confirming Printed Panels will delay the production and guaranteed delivery timeline.
The guarantee does not cover shipping delays occurring while in the hands of the last-mile delivery courier. Example: if BE chooses 2-day shipping and the expected delivery deadline is before 6 weeks, but the courier company delivers after 4 days and then falls outside the 6 week timeline, the six-week guarantee will not be valid.
Quality of Work and Product Endurance
It should be expected that our products be able to last through some of the toughest conditions. We use some of the most advanced fabrics and flat locking stitching to ensure that the fabric and stitches to ensure the durability and long term-performance of our fabrics and seams.
In the case of fabric flaws to the point of sacrificing the integrity of the garment, we will offer a replacement of the garment once sufficient proof of its malfunction is provided.
If you would like a specific colour for your custom jerseys, please use our colour charts, available here and here. If you prefer, you can also choose from the Pantone PMS Color Matching System, which you can find a version of here.
We very rarely get the matching wrong, however, if the colour is discernibly different from the Pantone PMS colour provided, we will either reimburse 50% of the cost of the off-colour items or replace them free of charge.
Keep in mind that only Pantone PMS colours from a certified Pantone PMS booklet can be used.
Sizing and Product Variation
Inherent with custom apparel via sublimation, sizing can change up to 2.5% between garments. If the garment is severely over- or undersized in comparison to our sizing charts or samples, we will either reimburse 50% of the cost of the garment or replace the garment for free.

In the case of stitching flaws severe enough to sacrifice the integrity of the garment, we will offer a replacement of the garment once sufficient proof of its malfunction is provided.
If a number or name is incorrect and different from the order form submitted by you, we will either refund in full the cost of the garment or replace the garment free of charge.
If a flaw in the artwork or colours is noticeable on the printed panel provided, and the customer approves it (which they must in order for production to continue), the customer waives their right to claim any recourse based on those noticeable errors.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check over the printed panel thoroughly and bring any issues to BE Ultimate's attention before entering full-scale production.
